Camping Capalonga
Completely immersed in nature, Camping Capalonga boasts an extremely vast surface of roughly 240,000 square meters (24 hectares), with 160,000 square meters (16 hectares) being green areas that allow you to breathe deeply, given its very low level of pollution and incredibly clean air. An enormous area compared to any other place of habitual life and stay, that enables the creation of added value to the private spaces of each guest.

Camping Il Tridente
Directly facing the sea and surrounded by its pine forest, Camping Il Tridente does not merely offer its own private beach but also capacious pitches and spacious chalets. It is not solely surrounded by green areas, but also attentive to energy saving and the use of alternative energy sources.

Camping Lido
Similarly to the other two campsites of the group, Camping Lido enjoys an enviable position, as it is located directly on the sea yet still surrounded by nature. It is a true oasis of peace and tranquility, where the mobile homes and other accommodation offer comfortable and safe spaces.

• All of the villages offer the possibility to use many services such as supermarkets, bazaars, bars and restaurants within a single structure, without ever being in need to go out of the structure, where each employee will adopt the necessary health protocols for the safety of our guests.

• Many entertainment and animation activities are organized almost entirely outdoors and can be modulated and organized according to well-defined distance and safety measures.

Why to choose a stay in a mobile home?

• No elevators, common indoor spaces, or small hotel rooms: our wooden mobile homes are surrounded by nature and are individual and distanced accommodations.
• Our mobile homes are lightweight, with a minimal environmental impact, built with environmentally friendly, insulating, and healthy materials such as wood.
• The accommodations available to customers are independent and completely autonomous, equipped with sanitary facilities, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large terrace where you can enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxing moments with your family.
• The dimensions of our mobile homes are variable, allowing an occupation ranging from 4 to 6 people, for larger families. They are distributed over large spaces and separated from each other by at least 6 meters, ensuring privacy and enhancing the value of our guests’ private spaces.

Why to choose a stay on a pitch?

• There are over 760 pitches in Camping Capalonga and they are all located along the campsite in a very large area. There is a rather vast choice of pitches overlooking the lagoon, the pine forest, or the sea. There are more than 330 pitches in Camping Il Tridente and almost 350 in Camping Lido.
• Large pitches, measuring 70 to 80 square meters of average size, shaded, separated from each other by hedges and shrubs that guarantee you not only a safe distance but also the right privacy.

THE COMMITMENT OF BIBIONE MARE GROUP FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE           
Sanitization and cleaning of the structure and mobile homes

• Every common environment (i.e. toilets and showers) will be cleaned and sanitized several times a day according to strict protocols in a more thorough manner and with more sophisticated and advanced products and techniques, thus bringing the standard of hygiene to the highest level.
  
• All our mobilhomes are cleaned by a specialized company. This company carries out the sanitization of the accommodation unit at every check out by using certified and low environmental impact products and other physical means.
  
• We guarantee to all our guests a natural air exchange every time the cleaning of the mobile home will be carried out.
  

Beach & Pool

• The access to the beach will be allowed to the village’s guests only.
• There will be a distance between the beach umbrellas of at least 5x5 meters.
• The access to the swimming pools will be guaranteed. However, in order to respect the social distancing and the ban regarding gatherings, it will be possible to access the pool on regulated shifts within the limits of the permitted capacity. Rescue workers will ensure that the aforementioned rules are respected.
  
• It will be obligatory, before entering the water, to provide an accurate soapy shower all over the body.
• The use of the headset will also be mandatory
  
• The sanitization of the entire pool will be carried out numerous times per week by utilizing hot water cleaners, disinfectants, means of sterilization and chlorination of water. The water of the swimming pools in fact contains chlorine, a protective and disinfectant agent, that is not harmful to human beings.

Animation

• The animation activity in the village is guaranteed, albeit with some limitations.
• The daytime entertainment activities will be organized in multiple times a day and in small groups of participants, thus allowing a distance of at least 2 meters between participants.
• The mini-club activities will also be organized in shifts and managed in the mini-club areas that allow a safe distance between children.
• If used, recreational zones (such as miniclub areas) will be cleaned and sanitized several times a day.

Restaurants, Markets and Shops

• All our bars and restaurants already strictly comply with all the measures provided for in the HACCP (procedures to ensure a high level of food safety).
• We will guarantee the distancing of the tables among one-another in all restaurants and bars (although all of them present large outdoor areas).
• It is possible to book meals in the restaurant through a special app and consume them in peace and harmony at your accommodation through home delivery, for an increasingly rich private experience.
• Inside the supermarket and the bazaar, the use of masks and gloves will be recommended. Your turn will be communicated through the appropriate signage.

Reception & Staff

• In order to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols as well as management rules, all the staff has been trained on current legislation and internal regulations and will be kept informed throughout the weeks about any crucial update.
• We will encourage remote operations, both before the arrival, such as check-in (through the online check-in service available on our website), as well as before departure, such as check-out and payment of the account, in order to limit as much as possible the activities in the reception and avoid crowding.
• All check-in and check-out points will ensure an adequate distance between the guest and the staff through special Plexiglas screens.
• All the staff is and will be trained and informed about the hygiene rules and protocols that they must keep in the workplace with the aim of working in complete safety, in compliance with management rules.
• All the staff of the campsite, restaurant and supermarket, for their own safety and the safety of their guests will be equipped with sanitary facilities such as masks and gloves.
• In several collection points there will be some special displays that will inform customers about the rules to be followed. Furthermore, installed on them, there will be special hydroalcoholic products for hand cleaning (dispensers) and gloves.
• We love to take care of all our guests with excellent medical assistance.
  Our qualified male nurse is available for basic first aid interventions, moreover in case of need only 6 km away there is the Bibione Emergency Room for a complete health safety. The nearest hospitals are in Latisana and Portogruaro.
  
• Guests are not required to use the mask inside the accommodation units and pitches or near family members, when engaged in physical activity or under their own umbrella on the beach or pool. It will instead be necessary to wear it throughout the rest of the campsite, if you are not engaged in physical activity. It is furthermore crucial to wear it in particular wherever it is not possible to guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter (exception made for the individuals belonging to the same family unit).
